Fray House

The brief for Fray House was a home for mother and child with a build price of 150,000 NZD. The section is on a slope, with off street carparks required at the top of the slope. Four and a half months after starting onsite, the build is almost complete. Suzi has moved in and decks and simple landscaping are underway.  Building and all internal fitouts have been built by myself. Kitchen and office joinery made from site remnants of framing, floor and wall plywood, and found objects. Suzi Fray found and repaired a school locker that has complimented the kitchen well. Finished pictures here soon.
